chess.com has finally exploded

chess.com has finally exploded after creaking along for several years.

Constant error messages, crashes, and all manner dysfunctions have occurred with more frequency and intensity.

Today, I could not even reach the site.

I have never encountered ANY bugs or crashes at Lichess.

Please give your comments about the situation at chess.com here.

I got this message a few minutes ago as well and have also noticed deteriorating performance over the past few weeks. It often takes a minute or more to load their tournament listing page (sometimes it never loads and you get the "ERROR" page with the image of a guy trying to fix a computer).

There have been glitches here as well but overall this site seems to be performing pretty well.

Suggestion: Let CC take care of their issues. Flooded forums is part of their problem.

They're the victim of their own success.
