Lichess said that they won't lift your current account ban?
But they still allow you to open new one!?
This strikes me as an administrative reason.
For example, they won't lift your account ban, because, by doing so (for you and others in similar situation) it would potentially affect the rating system?
But allowing you to open a new account would not!?
